Terms of Service

The service

You upload an Excel file and we generate an analysis of it — a findings report, plain-English sheet documentation, and a chat you can ask questions of. It is a one-time purchase of $19 per model, with no subscription.

Payment and refunds

Payment is a one-time charge processed by Stripe. If you are not satisfied, email hello@spreadsheetanalyzer.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full, no questions asked.

Your content

You keep ownership of the files you upload. You confirm that you have the right to upload and analyze them and that doing so doesn’t break any agreement or law that applies to you. You grant us a limited license to process your file for the sole purpose of providing your analysis. Uploaded files are deleted within one hour of processing (see our Privacy Policy).

Acceptable use

• ·Don’t upload unlawful content or data you aren’t authorized to share.
• ·Don’t attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.
• ·Don’t use the service to build a competing product from our outputs.

AI-generated output — no professional advice

The analysis is generated with the help of AI and automated checks. It can be incomplete or wrong, and it may miss issues or flag things that are fine. It is provided for informational purposes only and is not financial, accounting, tax, legal, or other professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it or making decisions based on it.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the analysis will be accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or reliance on the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the analysis in question.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you violate these terms or misuse the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we do, we’ll revise the “last updated” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
